    Professor Institut Mines-Télécom, Professor Dr Mounir Mokhtari is a Professor at Institut MINES TELECOM in France, and Research Associate at CNRS LIRMM Montpellier, France. He received a PhD in Computer Science in the field of Human-Machine interaction in 1997 and a Research Habilitation in 2002 both from the University Pierre & Marie Curie in Paris (Paris 6).
