Bas Kodden
Bas Kodden is an Associate Professor, Coordinator of the Center for Strategy, Organization & Leadership and Director of the Executive MBA program at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. His main research includes topics of leadership, entrepreneurship and personal development. He is the author of several bestseller books. Bas was born on July 15th, 1970 in Raalte, Salland and studied both Law (1995) as Business Administration (2007) at the University of Groningen. He received his PhD from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in 2011. Before becoming part of Nyenrode’s Center for Leadership and Management Development, Bas had been an entrepreneur for almost his entire professional career. At the age of 27, Bas’ spirit called on him to leave his job as a managing legal worker and to start up his first organization, a recruitment firm which developed into a group of specialized agencies with several offices and hundreds of employees.
