I am Dean and Professor of the Graduate School of Business Administration as well as a professor at Toyo Gakuen University, Tokyo, Japan. After having obtained an MBA at Indiana State University, USA, I worked a total of nine years for ILO, UNHCR and FAO in the field of project management and human resource management(HRM). I am teaching HRM at the undergraduate level and at graduate school. Outside teaching, I was a consultant in Tokyo for over twenty years to prospective candidates who wish to work for the United Nations. I was also a UN volunteer during the PKO operation in Cambodia (UNTAC). At the cottage just after climbing Mt. Matterhorn in Switzerland.
